Nichole contacted us right away and scheduled a day and time for Anthony to meet with us. They are very courteous and I believe they will take care of whatever maintenance our pool and equipment will need. They were able to fit us into their schedule and start right away.

Anthony was prompt and courteous. He obviously knew what he was doing as he addressed the pool issues and got it clean right away. His wife Nicole is professional and gets messages to Anthony promptly. Over all a great pick as we have had issues with other pool companies as I lost my 8 years pool guy to retirement. So far we are really pleased with Trilogy.

Trilogy Pool Service & Repair” has proven to be affordable but honest. My husband and I had service from another company but found them to be pricier and not coming on the days scheduled. That’s when we switched to Trilogy Pools and couldn’t be happier. We have our pool maintenance weekly on our scheduled days. I love that Trilogy leaves a receipt with all the information and time of service, with any issues brought to our attention. We have used Trilogy Pools Service and Repair for the past several years.  This is the best and most reliable pool service we have ever worked with.   I have found Anthony Jackson to be completely honest and extremely helpful.  This company is very timely and my pool always looks perfect.  I have referred Trilogy Pools to several friends and they also are extremely happy with the excellent and honest service this company provides.

Trilogy pools provided a cleaning of our pool, as it was dirty and pretty much drained.
The work done was great. A chlorine wash was done to help eliminate the dirt build up from being drained. After the pool was cleaned and filled back up, the water was sparkling blue and ready for use for the summer. I aquired them to service our pool. The price for the monthyl service is good, as they come once a week and all chemicals are included in the service.

My pool was a green mess and my pool cleaner had stopped working. I was referred to trilogy by a friend and now I know why. They responded to me quickly and came until my pool was back to sparkling blue. Very helpful and informative. They are now my weekly maintenance company!!

Initial Repair and take over service from another company. Anthony was excellent at determining what issues were that had been causing years of frustration before. Since he had taken over service, not only are things fixed correct way but pool has never looked better.
Everything was extremely professional and helpful. Previous company didn’t really want us to understand issues. Really felt Anthony cared about long term benefits of repairing the right way.
